Where Our People Come From
We hire veterans first. Service builds the judgment and composure this work demands, but it doesn't hand anyone the certifications California security work requires, and it doesn't translate onto a civilian application. We help close that gap: we point veterans to the state certifications they need, train them in how we run posts and escort runs, and hire from the people who come through it.
