Terms of Use

The terms that apply to your use of this website.

Last updated: September 8, 2026

Agreement

By using axiosguard.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

This site is information, not an offer

Everything on this website — service descriptions, capabilities, coverage areas — is provided for general information. Nothing here constitutes a binding offer, a quote, or a contract for services. Pricing and scope are established only in a written agreement signed by both parties.

Service availability and licensing

Services described on this site are offered subject to applicable federal and state law and to the licenses and authorities Axios Guard holds at the time of engagement. Services listed as in development or coming soon are not currently offered. Where a service requires a license we do not yet hold, we do not perform it.

Accuracy

We work to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or omissions. Industry statistics cited on this site are drawn from third-party reporting and are attributed where used; they describe the market, not our own performance.

Submissions

Information you submit through the quote request or careers forms is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not submit confidential, classified, or sensitive personal information through these forms — they are ordinary web forms, not a secure channel. Submitting a form does not create a client, employment, or contractual relationship.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and marks on this site are the property of Axios Guard LLC or its licensors. Photography is licensed stock imagery and may not be reused from this site.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axios Guard LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. This limitation applies to the website itself; it does not limit obligations under a signed services agreement, which governs those separately.

External links

Where this site links elsewhere, we are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
