Privacy Policy

The short version

This website runs no analytics, no advertising scripts and no tag manager, and it sets no cookies. The only information we hold about you is what you typed into a form and chose to send us.

What we collect

When you submit the quote request form

We store the name, company, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, request type, route details (origin, destination, timeline, cargo type) and any additional details you enter, along with the date and time of submission and which page you submitted it from. We use this solely to respond to your request and to prepare a quote.

When you submit the careers interest form

We store the name, email address, phone number and background information you enter, along with the date and time. We use this solely to consider you for current or future roles.

What we do not collect

We do not track your browsing, build a profile of you, or record which pages you visit. We do not collect your IP address for our own purposes. We have never sold personal information and do not intend to.

Storage on your device

The site stores one thing in your browser: your light/dark theme preference, saved in localStorage under the key axg-theme. It never leaves your device, it is not a cookie, and it is not readable by us. Clearing your browser's site data removes it.

Third parties

• Hostinger hosts this website. Like any web host, its servers process the requests your browser makes, which necessarily includes your IP address.
• Supabase stores form submissions on our behalf when a form is submitted. It receives nothing until you press the submit button.
• Google Fonts serves the typeface this site uses. Because the font files are requested from Google's servers, loading any page on this site discloses your IP address to Google. We name this explicitly because it is the one third-party request that happens whether or not you interact with the site.

How long we keep it

Quote requests are retained for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of the enquiry, and reviewed periodically. Careers submissions are retained for up to two years unless you ask us to remove them sooner.

Your rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request its deletion, to request correction, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We extend the same handling to everyone who contacts us, regardless of where you live.

To make a request, email contracting@axiosguard.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line. We will respond within 45 days.

Children

This site is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how we handle information already collected, we will say so here rather than quietly revise it.
